Appointment & Credit Card Policies
Dr. Ruth Durkee has been in private practice since 1995 and is starting a new chapter. She is now semi-retired and will continue to see her patients by appointment only.

It is important to arrive on time for appointments as she attempts to see her patients on time.
​
Please note: There is a 3% service fee for use of credit cards. A debit card used with a PIN# will not incur a fee. An HSA Card requires a PIN#, contact your card carrier.
​
There is a late cancellation or no-show fee of $25.00. Please give the office 24 hours notice of any appointment changes. This allows us time to schedule someone on a cancellation list.

Location Directions
10830 N Central Expressway is located on the East side of Central between Meadow and Royal.
From the South - take Walnut Hill exit, cross Meadow Road. Pass the Service King, Eye Surgery Center and the Social Security Administration building - we are in the four (4) story brick building just after SS Admin. and before the Music Store. If you get to Royal, you've gone too far.
From the North - take Royal/Meadow exit to Meadow, do the loop under Meadow to go North and follow the directions above.
